"As with most on the reviews I couldnt add photos. Would not tell me why. Had to find out via this review page photos too large so cropped them and it would then load photos. They have had plenty of time to improve this app but have chosen not to. I can guess why."

"Terrible, paid for the cover when brought the car, tried to put a scuffed alloy through and now a small dent in rear bumper and both times refused as they reckon the alloy was buckled (which it wasnt, was checked by an alloy wheel repair shop) now refushed bunper claim as it distorted the panel beyond repair. Would not recommend anyone else to get this cover on a new vehicle. Waste of money."

"This app is absolutely rubbish I only gave it 1star because I couldn't give it no stars, I have been trying to upload the photos that they want since Friday morning it is now Sunday evening, only 2 photos will load up &the other 2 will not load up I have changed the settings on my camera to a lower pixel but still no joy I'm at a complete loss as to what I should do, you can't get in touch through the app, my advice is don't bother with this rubbish App 😢😢"

"The app is very difficult to set up even with instruction. Honeslty. I'd still have brought it, 9 cosmetic claims (all minor chips and scrapes) and 6 alloy claims (erosion and some small scrapping) later and it's been convenient and benifical. [All photos uploaded need to be cropped. Recently it's been changed in the last year or so. Back handed attempt to get us to not claim, I suspect.]"
